This Reference System is an online database of Philippine local legislations, ratified from 1992 up to the present, and other related issuances concerning Child Rights. Year 1992 was the start of the implementation of Republic Act No. 7160: An Act Providing for a Local Government Code of 1991.

This website is intended only as a reference system that the general public can use to search for specific location legislations and materials and view its content.
